Poetry Reading
Louise Runyon & Alice Lovelace
Thursday, Jan. 3, 7:30 p.m.
Decatur Library
404-370-3070

In 1981, Alice and Louise performed a dance/poetry show called Women at Work at the Atlanta Women's Art Collective on 10th Street, Louise's first performance ever in Atlanta. 27 years later, they are teaming up again!

Alice Lovelace is known as the "grandmother of performance poetry" in Atlanta, in many ways defining the form. She is also a veteran playwright, essayist, consultant, teacher, activist and arts administrator. Alice is a knockout, knock-your-socks-off performer... Don't miss this return engagement!!

Louise will be reading from her new book, LANDSCAPE / Fear & Love. Scroll down for more info on this book - including how to order and sample poems!
